Phase II of the Regional Training Institute established barracks and a Dining Facility for the 240th Regiment. 

The Downtown Auburn Transportation Center is located in Great Falls Plaza, in the heart of downtown Auburn.  The facility provides an enclosed waiting area, a driver break room, and a utility room.  

Casco Bay Engineering provided Project Management, civil/site engineering and structural engineering services for a two-story Office Building renovation and addition in Wilton, Maine. 

As part of the Joint Venture’s IDIQ Contract, multiple Task Orders at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, have been procured including the replacement design of the Shipyard’s infrastructure, specifically steam/ condensate/ compressed air lines and waterlines, in addition to rehabilitation of sewer and waterlines via innovated slip-lining techniques. 

The Regional Training Institute at Camp Edwards includes a new two-story 32,000 square foot Billet Building and 26,000 square foot Education Center for the Massachusetts Army National Guard (ARNG).  

Casco Bay Engineering provided Structural Engineering design, integrating loads imposed from heavy structural steel pre-engineered buildings onto CMU bearing and shear wall systems.
