As the WBE, Casco Bay Engineering was a subconsultant to Magnusson Klemencic Associates to lead the design for the Truck Marshaling Building.

The original Wescustogo Community Center was a former Grange Hall, built in the 1950’s.  Renovated spaces include the gym, stage, kitchen and hallway areas which are attached to the new building addition through a lobby.    

This four-story, 26,000 square foot, theater is the cornerstone of the Bridgton community complete with four cinemas and balcony seating. 

The new 20,000 square foot expansion includes a gymnasium with two basketball courts, Teen Center, game room, Learning Center, locker rooms and kitchen while featuring numerous sustainability characteristics such as a geothermal source for heating and cooling systems.

Renovations to the Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, include new centerfield seating and a ballpark entrance featuring a pavilion and plaza with a tiki bar and music stage.
