Maine Department of Transportation utilizes Multi-PIN Contracts on behalf of the Maintenance & Operations Department in an effort to procure building analysis, design, and evaluation. As Prime Consultant for this contract, Casco Bay Engineering provides Project Management, Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering services for Crew Quarters Buildings, Cold Storage Facilities, Visitor Information Centers, and Maintenance Buildings throughout the state of Maine. Additionally, Casco Bay Engineering provided Project Management, civil/site engineering and structural engineering services for a two-story, 12,000 square foot, Office Building renovation and addition in Wilton, Maine.
