Inn by the Sea procured a multimillion-dollar renovation to replace a cluster of worn 1980’s hotel suites with luxury accommodations. The project utilizes modular construction techniques through the process of prefabricating recurring building segments off-site and then delivering and assembling them at their intended destinations.  All construction occurred in a single off-season to ensure full operation during the busy summer.  Inn by the Sea is located on a mile of beach coastline with sweeping ocean views from its luxury suites.
