Eric
Voic President
Cosco Bay Engineering Eric Dube is Vice President and co-founder of Casco Bay Engineering. He has over 20 years experience in both Civil and Structural Engineering Design. He is highly respected in the construction industry and volunteers much of his time to multiple organizations and municipalities including Architalx, the Town of Pownal Planning Board, and most recently as a member of the Regional School Unit 5 (RSU 5) School Board Committee. Eric received his Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering in 1992 from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston, Massachusetts.
Eric’s open communication style is paramount to the success, not only of each project, but to the company as a whole. His unusual ability to perform both Civil and Structural Engineering Design proves to be an invaluable resource for Casco Bay Engineering and clients. Eric's professional aptitude combined with his degree enables him to manage a project from conception and site design, through the structural contract drawing phase and finally, to construction administration.
Eric thrives on multiple challenges associated with complex retrofits and innovative engineering ideas. His broad-based project experience includes retail complexes, educational, industrial and medical facilities, federal and state projects, and numerous residential designs and renovations.
One of Eric's many stengths is his ability to identify structural deficiencies in an effort to rehabilitate and revitalize buildings in distress. Such projects, now vital elements of their Maine communities include Museum Lewiston-Auburn, and Portland's Abyssian Church - the third oldest standing meeting house from the Underground Railroad, originally built in 1828.

Outside of Casco Bay Engineering, Eric enjoys coaching his daughters' sports teams and spending time family and friends.
